This information is important in determining how team members can communicate with you, how you can log in to the system and properly reflect your local time in your calendar when planning meetings, events, etc
Who: Anyone can edit their own profile, including uploading a photo.
Persons own their own profile. No one else can edit your profile, including subscription administrators.
- Select your name in the upper right and scroll down to "My Profile"
- Select "Edit Profile" on the right-hand side of your profile pane
- Complete the page with all the desired information
- Select "Update Profile" at the bottom in order for your changes to be saved
Email Addresses
- You can have multiple email addresses only one of which can be a Primary address.
- Use "Manage email addresses" to add addresses and identify Primary address.
- Notifications from the system will be send to your Primary email address
- You can email-in content or reply to appropriate system emails from any of your email addresses noted in your profile.
Phone numbers
- You can have phone numbers noted in Projecis.
- Use "Manage phone numbers" to add telephone numbers and identify type.
- The type selected is important since some communication tools allow sms text to be generated. Identification of phone type indicates to the system the types of communication possible.
