Changing username, password, forgot password

Who: Anyone can change their own username and password.  

Persons own their own profile. No one else has access to your username/password, including subscription administrators.

  • Select your name in the upper right and scroll down to "Account Settings".
  • In the Actions box you have the option to change your username or change your password. Select the option you want and make the appropriate updates.
  • Make sure you select the "Change Username" or "Change Password" button in order to save your changes.

Forgot your password?

  • In the login screen select "Forgot Password" and an email with link will be sent to you.
  • Check spam folder if you do not see the email after a period of time
