Much of the information in Projecis is organized around projects. There is no limit to the number of projects you can create in Projecis.
The definition of a project is very flexible and up to you.
A project generally consists of one of two characteristics and in many cases can have both:
- Specific group of people
- Common area of focus
Imagine you had a product called Phoenix. You might have several projects related to this one product.
In the example below Mary and Bob participate in both projects, while others only need to part of one of the two. There is both a different group of people on each project and each project has a different area of focus.
Mary | Bob | John | Todd | Jane | |

In the example project below all members are part of both projects, but the area of focus of the projects are different.
