How to Create an Event in Projecis

Who can create an Event? Anyone in the project

  • Open the project the Event should be in.
  • Click on the calendar day of interest or the "New Event" sub tab.
  • If the calendar day is selected the default selection is "Event".  Enter the necessary information or select the "Edit Event Details" to include more detailed information.
  • Complete the necessary information.
  • Select the Add this Event button on the lower left.

Other

  • In the event details area, files can be uploaded to the event. Additionally, if you are a project Leader, you can make the event visible (Available) to others. 
  • Non-project leaders cannot make events available to others on the team. The events they create are only visible to themselves. Leaders or subscription Administrators cannot see these events.
